1) 3rdsector Accounts
Only one 3rdsector account will be issued per charity.

We reserve the right to terminate your 3rdsector account if you abuse the service in any way.

2) 3rdsector Donation Payments
All donations go to the charity indicated at the time of donation. 3rdsector take no part of any donation by way of commission or any other means. If you are a UK tax payer we strongly advise you to claim gift aid on your donation, enabling the charity to claim an additional 28% from the Inland Revenue on top of your donation (eg: a £100 donation with gift aid would be worth £128, you give £100 and the Inland Revenue £28).

3) Copyright Notices
Unless otherwise specified the copyright in the contents of all the pages in this web site are owned or licensed to 3rdsector.co.uk or the charities advertising within. This includes the contents of the web site visible through a browser, and also any JavaScript and PHP code.
